lounge area helpful staff mosquito net missing toiletries phone absence

the pools and lounge areas were fantastic! the closeness to the beach was great! the staff were also very helpful and friendly. staff cleaned daily. and set up rooms with mosquito nets daily.

Service was not good. There were no toiletries in the bathroom. I had to go to reception for shampoo and lotion! there was no phone in the cottage. and i had to go all the way to reception to get water.

unclean water water outages

The beach was quite disappointing. The water was not clean, and seaweed was abundant. Low tide often left the ocean out of sight (I remember other beaches faring better). there were daily power and water interruptions in the room. The power usually returned quickly, but water outages could last a while.
